I’m Vedran Karlović. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, but I’ve quickly learned that my interest lies in information technology and pursued it ever since.

I’ve been in Infobip for quite some time, changing departments with the focus on areas where I can improve and better understand the education perspective in a big company.

I want to know how to spark curiosity, push boundaries, and foster a genuine desire to learn and improve within people.

My interest now lies with product education, with a focus on Voice and Email as complex channels of communication where there’s always something new to find out.
